Student Certificate-Transcript

Students of our university can be given a student certificate and transcript with ink signature or electronic signature. Ink signed student documents or transcripts can be obtained from the related Faculty-School-Vocational School-Institute student affairs office. Electronic signed student documents or transcripts can be obtained from the student's “Ege University Student Information Management System -OBYS” under the "Student Document Application" tab. In order to obtain a residence permit, it is necessary to apply to the International Student Office at the Ege University Registrar's Office for the special student certificate prepared for our international students.
